Booking

• Your ticket is confirmed when you get a PNR. Carry the ticket (on phone or printed) and a photo ID.
• Be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
• Departure and arrival times are planned times; traffic, weather or breakdowns can cause delays.
• If you chose to pay at boarding, pay the conductor in cash or UPI before the bus leaves.

Cancellation by you

• More than 24 hours before boarding: 90% of the fare refunded.
• More than 12 hours before boarding: 50% of the fare refunded.
• Less than 12 hours before boarding: no refund, and the ticket cannot be cancelled online.
• Cancel from your ticket page or from Find, print or cancel a ticket.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a trip, you get the full amount you paid back.

Refunds

Online payments are refunded to the same card, UPI or bank account, usually within 5–7 working days.
